Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
• 0:30 Ring L-sit Hold
• 15 Ring Push-ups
• 30 (21) Calorie Bike Erg
*Aim minimum 5 rounds. Push for more.
*Keep rings at "ring dip" height and place box behind for feet to rest on during the push-ups
*If no bike erg using a rower or Air bike will work just fine.
