• 15 Hang Squat Cleans
• 30 GHD Sit-Ups*
♀: 42.5kg (95lb). ♂: 62.5kg (135lb)
Aim is around 15 mins. Cap yourself at 20.
*= If GHD volume is not high at the moment (ie: regular bouts of 60-70+ p/week) scale back the volume to 15 reps per round -OR- change the move to 30 straight-leg sit-ups p/rd).
