Every Minute on the Minute, for 20 mins, alternate between:
• 17 Wall Balls
• 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
• 13 Power Snatch
• REST

♀: 6kg (14lb) wall ball to 9ft target; 25kg (55lb) barbell
♂: 9kg (20lb) wall ball to 10ft target; 35kg (75lb) barbell

*= If you complete two successive "rounds" of each move then add 1 more rep to each. If you go another two successive rounds then add another rep for that final round.
(eg: Rounds 1 & 2 at 17/15/13 reps. Rounds 3 & 4 at 18/16/14 reps. Last round at 19/17/15 reps).
